Course Description

Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) is one of the largest colleges in the UK, delivering high quality education and training within the Capital Region of Wales.CAVC has more than 30,000 learners each year across full-time and part-time college courses, university qualifications and apprenticeship programmes, along with dedicated training provision for employers. These programmes develop skilled and employable people, with some of the best student success rates in the sector and a focus on experiences that ensure that learners stand out and progress.

    Even if you do NOT meet our minimum English requirement (IELTS or TOEFL), you still can get conditionally accepted in the program of your choice with the condition of completing our English program prior to starting your chosen program.

    Off-Campus Accommodations

    Students wishing to live off-campus need to research availability on their own, and should arrive well before the start of term to do so.

    HOMESTAY

    There are a wide variety of homestay options available, and our partner schools do their best to match students and hosts according to their interests and preferences. All homestay accommodations have been inspected, and all adults in the home have completed a required criminal reference check.
    Post-Study Work Visa will be open to all students, on Tier 4 visas, who are accepted onto a course in the 2020 intake or later. Once you have successfully completed a course of study at the undergraduate level or above at an approved UK Higher Education Provider you would be able to stay and work (in any sector or at any level) for a maximum of two years. The full details and requirements are yet to be announced by the UK Government, but will be updated here when made available.
